Upswing LLC at Rock House Farm is a boutique hunter/equitation barn located just 30-minutes from downtown Lynchburg in Gladys, VA offering lessons, training, boarding, and sales.

Our Services
Rock House Farm offers a large outdoor riding ring arena with waterless footing for lessons.
Private or group lessons are scheduled and available for any Rock House client.
Advanced lessons include lots of flatwork with and without stirrups, poles, exercises, gymnastics, and course work.
Most students own their own horses; however, we typically have a lesson/sales horse available.
Need help selling your horse or pony? We can help! Rock House Farm offers consignment services for show hunters, equitation horses, and hunter prospects. We strive to fit each horse to the right rider and home.
